Pricing and finance
We use a structured matrix, explain the assumptions and confirm anything the matrix cannot safely price.
How a window price is built
| Stage | What happens | What the customer sees |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Exact style | We match the chosen opener and pane configuration to a matrix Style ID. | The actual window design, not a generic opener count. |
| 2. Size band | Your measurement moves up to the next listed width and height band. It never rounds down. | The matched band is shown beside the estimate. |
| 3. Extras | Safety glass, privacy glass, child hinges and selected additions are included where chosen. | The full specification travels with the quotation. |
| 4. Installation | Standard fitting, trims, one vent and shared job allowances are conditioned into the estimate. | A supplied and fitted figure, not a bare factory price. |
| 5. Controls | Missing cells, unusual access and out-of-range sizes are stopped for manual review. | Factory confirmation instead of a guessed number. |
What is normally included
Scaffolding, structural work, special access, colour upgrades and non-standard products are confirmed separately where required.
