Information you provide
When you send a quotation request, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, installation postcode, message and the window, door or roof specifications you have selected. The window designer stores an unfinished quotation in your browser until you remove it or clear your browser storage.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the location and work are suitable, prepare or refine a quotation, arrange a survey where requested and maintain records connected with the enquiry.
Who receives it
Authorised Window Warriors personnel and service providers supporting our website, communications and quotation process may process the information. Product specifications may be shared with relevant manufacturers or suppliers when a factory price or technical confirmation is needed.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the quotation, customer-service and legal record-keeping purposes. Unfinished quotation baskets remain on your own device until you remove them.

You can ask what information we hold about your enquiry, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@windowwarriors.uk.
